By clicking the assistance link you agree to installation of the Remote Assistance plug-in on your computer. Note that this plug-in consists of a single executable file approximately 1.2MB in size and is unpacked into a temporary folder automatically. No registry entries or hooks into your browser are created and the files are removed automatically the next time you perform a Disk Cleanup.
Depending on your browser’s configuration, the plug-in will open and install automatically, or it will be saved to your disc (most of the times to your desktop). If you have the choice to open and install or to download the executable file choose Open. If it was saved to your disc/desktop, double-click the downloaded file; this will initiate the automatic installation.
The entire correspondence between you and assistance support will be recorded and forwarded to you per email upon request. Session will start from the moment we provide the download link for the remote session plug-in. We will comment every adjustment/correction done. You can watch the entire procedure. Session end will be initiated by the time of session end shown in your session chat window. We believe in your honesty and do not request any deposit. Payment will be due upon receipt of our invoice and has to be balanced by credit card, PayPal or wire transfer.
